I am passionate, focused and committed to getting the most out of my athletes as I use my experience and expertise to transform their lives and to achieve great results.
Building a foundation based on good posture, core stability and form/technique is at the forefront of every program I coach and design. I believe these three, as well as communication, nutrition, and rest/recovery are all intricate parts to a successful program.
In order to lay a solid foundation, I use a periodized program design that includes strength building, endurance, power and flexibility as well as adequate recovery to avoid overtraining or over-use injuries. I believe that it is important to incorporate body awareness to understand breathing techniques and to find the proper balance of mobility and stability. This yields the most success in gaining functional movement for optimal results and performance.
I am known to utilize motivational quotes, visualization, and positive/upbeat/fun training sessions to get the most out of my clients. I make it a point to know what motivates you, what you like, how you operate, and what drives you the most...then we capitalize on it in order to reach your utmost potential.
